1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Tutor Connect (referred to as "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), an educational service initiative operated by Z&I Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, based in Ranchi, Jharkhand. By accessing our website (tutor-connect.in) or submitting any inquiry form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of TutorConnect Services
TutorConnect acts as a requirement-based facilitator and matching platform between parents/students seeking personalized academic guidance and independent educators/tutors offering Offline Home Tuition or Online Live Classes.
3. Parent and Student Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information regarding student class, syllabus, subjects, locality, and learning requirements.
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and conducive home learning environment during offline home tutoring sessions.
- Maintain punctual attendance and inform the assigned tutor in advance in case of required rescheduling.
4. Tutor Verification & Professional Conduct
Tutors on our network undergo identity verification, academic document screening, and subject review. Tutors operate as independent professional educators and are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, punctuality, and pedagogical professionalism.
5. Registration Fee & Tuition Remuneration
₹1,000 Annual Registration Amount: To maintain ongoing coordination and replacement support, a one-time registration amount of ₹1,000 is charged, valid for one full year.
Monthly Tuition Fees: Tuition fees for classes conducted are agreed upon between the parent and educator based on the class level and frequency, and are generally collected in advance at the beginning of each billing month.
6. Tutor Replacement Assistance
If the assigned tutor is not suitable for your child due to genuine academic incompatibility or timing conflicts, TutorConnect provides replacement assistance during your active registration period (subject to applicable service terms, locality coverage, and tutor availability). Replacement support is a process of matching and does not constitute an unconditional guarantee of specific examination outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
While TutorConnect exercises diligence in screening tutors and facilitating matching, Z&I Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for personal disputes, academic examination score guarantees, or unforeseen third-party actions beyond our direct administrative control.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
